Clear-Grind Grinding Oil #2 is a clear, clean, highly-refined mineral oil-based grinding fluid designed specifically for CNC grinding machines utilizing diamond and CBN grinding wheels. This oil affords exceptional visibility, while allowing superior operating speeds and stock removal. Its unique formulation assures excellent wheel life and finish with diamond and CBN grinding wheels, while providing maximum lubrication of machine and workpiece. This product is designed to replace current grinding oils by providing maximum grinding speeds and stock removal with no color buildup or sulfur odor.

Safe:

The low volatility and higher flash point of Clear-Grind Grinding Oil #2 provides the operator a safer product at low viscosity. It contains no nitrites or ethanolamines.

Properties:

Clear-Grind Grinding Oil #2 is a clear, low-viscosity mineral oil-based fluid. It is designed to eliminate problems associated with water-based products, such as cobalt leaching, gummy build up, rust and residue on internal components, bacterial mold problems, and the need for constant supervision of the coolant concentration. All of this without the need for additives. This fluid has minimal volatility, coupled with a high flash point. This product cleans bright and clear with conventional methods - paper, cartridge, and centrifuge.

Storage and Handling:

Clear-Grind Grinding Oil #2 can easily be handled under ordinary commercial conditions. Storage tanks should be mild steel. Glass-lined or stainless tanks are also acceptable.

Clear-Grind Grinding Oil #2 is sold in 5-gallon pails, 55-gallon drums, and 275-gallon totes.
