Swiss Silver LCL (Low Chlorine)

Swiss Silver LCL can be provided in both Type A and Type B:

Swiss Silver LCL is a combination mineral oil and synthetic base premium cutting fluid designed for hard-metal machining applications. The LCL indicates an under 4% chlorine content for machines requiring less than 4%. The unique additive package was developed to migrate to the tool point and coat the tool to maintain the sharp edge and extend the longevity of the tool. It is a bright and clear fluid that affords exceptional visibility while allowing optimum operating speeds and stock removal. The low foaming qualities and high performance make this fluid ideal for high-pressure coolant delivery systems. Utilizing state-of-the-art technology, Swiss Silver LCL excels on stainless steels with high hardness factors, tough high nickel alloys, and titanium. In long-term usage it provides high performance on all metals. It also out-performs conventional oils previously recommended by machine manufacturers.

The high flash point of Swiss Silver LCL provides maximum safety. This fluid will not cause operator skin irritations and is non-hazardous. It contains no nitrites or ethanolamines.

Swiss Silver LCL is a clear, low-viscosity mineral oil and synthetic-base oil. The unique formulation of this product results in a low-foam, low-smoke fluid that is cleaner than standard oils used in Swiss-style CNC turning machines. Since it is a clear liquid, it provides optimum visibility for the machine operator.

Swiss Silver LCL has the following properties:
